Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy
Due to an increase in the number of missed appointments we wish to remind our valued clients that if for any reason you are unable to make your appointment that you give us at least 24 hours notice. We do understand though that this is not always possible, but please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment time to another client.
If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel, a charge of 50% of your service cost will be added to your account which must be paid when booking your next appointment.
Clients not showing for a pre-booked appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% to their account, payable when booking your next appointment.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you make your first booking for the puroses of allocating your appointment to one of our team members and to kee a record of services you receive. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to maintain a history of services and treatments to be able to improve our service to you. We may also use your details to text or email you about other products and services we believe may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from our website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other company outside of Jessica's Hair and Beauty Limited.
We may from time to time send you marketing information either by text message or email that may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive marketing information please email or write to us at the contact details at the end of this page.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
